Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return by contacting me at [email protected] to obtain the return address and let me know of any issues that you have with your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be sure to obtain proof of postage from the post office when sending your return. This is a free service. Please note that products sent without proof of postage that go missing will not be eligible for a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as postal services do let us down from time to time.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 5 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to arrange a return or exchange of the item at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please see Defective or Damaged Items above. Please note one of a kind items such as Fragrant Folk can not be replaced with an identical item.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for gift cards, final sale items, or items that have been used or washed. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any reason, including abuse of our policy.
